About Us

 

         KRIST (เต็งหนึ่ง) have been one of those who are passionate with baking a dessert. The beginning of the story is my passion with eating. When you like to eat, baking can be such a charming attraction. The more beautiful I think the food is, the more I am attracted to knowing about how to cook. 

          After graduated Diplôme de pâtisserie from Le Cordon Bleu, a branch school in Bangkok, Thailand in six years ago, I have applied my experienced skill to become a chef. Not only the owner of a bakery shop I am, but a teacher of how to bake a desert in Thailand myself is, as it can be seen on Instagram named apriltrees.studio.

          As a chef, seeing people happy with enjoying what is baked by me is my happiness and encouragement to keep developing what I have been doing. Moreover, to learn baking is like to learn cultures of each country, and it gives me excitement every time I am a part of it.

            As a teacher, being one is, though, harder than being a chef. Developing those who are in the very beginning level takes a lot of effort. But when you have succeeded in teaching them, you will feel the huge amount of their sense of pride, and so will yours.
